At LURA PADEL, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
This Returns & Refund Policy explains how you can return products purchased directly from lurapadel.com.
1. Returns and Your Right to Cancel
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without having to provide a reason.
If you decide to cancel your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once you have notified us, you must return the goods to us within a further 14 days.
In addition to your statutory rights, LURA PADEL may offer additional returns options at its discretion. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.
2. How to Request a Return

We will provide you with the relevant return instructions and return address.
Please do not send products back to us before contacting us, as we may be unable to identify or process an unauthorised return.
3. Condition of Returned Products
Products should be returned in an appropriate condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
You are entitled to handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, in the same way you would be able to inspect them in a shop.
If goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and their value has been diminished as a result, we may be entitled to make a deduction from your refund where permitted by law.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the contract, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product when exercising your right to cancel.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not conform to the contract, please contact us before returning it so that we can arrange the appropriate resolution.
5. Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the payments we are required to refund, including the cost of standard delivery where applicable.
Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method used to place the order.
Where applicable, we may wait until the goods have been returned to us or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back before processing the refund.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the refunded amount available in your account.
6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@lurapadel.com with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Your legal rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise defective goods are not affected by this policy.
7. Exchanges

Depending on the circumstances and availability of the product, we may be able to arrange an exchange. Where an exchange is not possible, we will advise you of the available options.
